Ronnie “Ron” Wotorson is a student of the law and comes from a family of trial lawyers, senators and politicians. TRU Entertainment Magazine called him “A Champion for Justice”.
After he received his undergraduate degree, Ron worked for many years in some of the nation’s top corporations managing multi million-dollar businesses. Determined to follow his dream of becoming a trial lawyer and truly helping people, Ron left a bright future in corporate America to attend law school where he served as a tutor and research assistant to multiple Professors and Deans and graduated with Honors amongst the top of his class. Ron has trained with the nation’s top litigators; amongst them are the trial lawyers at the prestigious national law firm of Gary, Williams, Parenti, P.L. He has worked on some of the nation’s most complex cases with values ranging from hundreds of thousands to billions of dollars. Ron was named Top 100 Trial Lawyers in the United States in 2015. He was also one of the first recipients of the “Esquire Award” presented by the National Bar Association. Most recently Ron was featured on the cover of Attorney At Law Magazine, an honor only bestowed on a select few. This summer 2015, and for the first time, TRU Entertainment Magazine, a national publication, featured an attorney on its cover. Ron was that attorney. He is a 2015 recipient of Who’s Who in Black Atlanta and has appeared on numerous broadcast programs to provide legal commentary. Although all his pro bono cases are notable, Ron is especially proud of a pro bono case he filed in 2014 in the Georgia Court of Appeals on behalf of an African American teenager sentenced to fifteen (15) years in prison for pepper spraying a white man. Ron has brought cases, including landmark cases, against some of the nation’s top corporations in the areas of Personal Injury, Commercial Law, and Premises Liability. He represents clients in multiple states and overseas and maintains a summer internship program where he mentors young people interested in pursuing a legal career.
